Due to COVID it has been 18 months since the last audit (last years was a Coronavirus risk assessment) and since that time the standard has been revised and there are over 100 new clauses and many more amendments. Together with the fact that the audit had to be done remotely it is pleasing to report that we retain our AA grade for a fifth consecutive year.
